WAIVER

The participant and his/her guardian agree that EHK Sports Enterprises, our instructors, staff, sponsors, volunteers and management will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused, and agree to release the proprietors and management of EHK Sports Enterprises for all claims or damages which may arise as a result of, or reason of such accident or loss.

ELIGIBILITY
The Showcase is open to all players who will be freshman to seniors in high school.  The enrollment is only limited by meeting the age requirement and the space we have available on the rosters.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued to no shows or to players who leave a session by their own will, by expulsion, or who cancel after 5/15/12 for the Buffalo event for any reason (including injury). A $50 application and processing fee will be assessed to all applicants requesting and granted a refund regardless of the reason. EHK Sports Enterprises reserves the right to change the time, date, location or format (combined levels) of any showcase. If such a date or location change happens applicants who cannot participate will be given a credit into a future event. Confirmation letters will be mailed within four weeks of our receiving registration and payment.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
If the need shall arise that a applicant needs to cancel from an event, EHK Sports Enterprises offers cancellation insurance that will ensure a credit into another event for the applicant. This insurance can be purchased for $25 by selecting the appropriate box below:
